By using our site, the following terms apply to your use. By registering and participating in our offered classes or activities that are fee based or non fee based at our location or online, you and your parties agree to hold our business organization, employees, volunteers, and contract workers harmless of any injury or malice that may unintentionally occur.
All content is for information only. Please contact us for more details and the most updated information. For art class registrations, you will be routed to another linked registeration software powered by Coursestorm, Inc. and subject to their terms and regulations. For product purchases made through this Squarespace, Inc. website such as gallery art and vendor booth fees, you will be using Stripe, Inc processing software and subject to their terms and regulations.
Return and Refund Policy
All gallery product sales are sold on a commission agreement with original artist and are final whether online or in person. If you find a defect in your product, please contact us and we will contact the artist that produced the art for evaluation and resolution. No resolution is guaranteed.
No refunds for classes cancelled within 1 week of the begin date. Refunds less the processing fees will be awarded with more than one week notice from the beginning class date. Full refunds or credit are awarded if a class cancels due to low registration or the organization’s circumstances require to cancel.
Payments
We accept cash, checks and credit cards for purchases in person. We process credit cards in person through Square, Inc. We accept credit card payments online that are processed through Stripe through the software with Squarespace, Inc. and Coursestorm, Inc.
Copyright and Laws
Our website’s images and content are protected by copyright laws that serve Artmosphere Community Arts Center, Inc.,our instructors and the contracted artists that display and consign their works with us in person and online. You may not use our images, brands or content. You may not share our links or videos with other sites. Our content can not be used for commercial purposes by others. Our laws are governed by North Carolina and the United States of America. Copyright infringement will be reported to US Copyright Office in government. Criminal copyright infringement is a violation of federal law when a person intentionally uses or distributes another's copyrighted material for financial gain. Copyrights protect the author's ideas and controls their material up to 70 years after their death, or less if the author is a corporation.§ 506(a) by the unauthorized reproduction or distribution, during any 180-day period, of at least 10 copies or phonorecords, or 1 or more copyrighted works, with a retail value of more than $2,500 can be imprisoned for up to 5 years and fined up to $250,000, or both.
