Artisan Vendor Application
Thank you for your interest in being a vendor at JAZZ + ART event on 5/10/25. WE WILL ONLY ACCEPT ARTISAN VENDORS. Booth fee is $40, due AFTER application is accepted. We will review your application and respond regarding your acceptance shortly after the application closing date (4/27/25) via email or earlier if possible and include event details.
Events are rain or shine. No booth fees are refundable. As a vendor, you will provide all 10x10 booth space set up items.
The application close date for the JAZZ + ART is 4/27/25. You will be notified of your acceptance on or before this date.
The event is scheduled Saturday, 5/10/25, 5pm-9pm.
